Kingdom Gate Chamber

Dr. Tom Biernacki, DPM is a Michigan-based physician, business owner, and the founder of the Kingdom Gate Chamber of Commerce. He owns and operates Balance Foot & Ankle Specialists, a multi-location medical practice serving Livingston, Oakland, and Wayne Counties with offices in Brighton, Howell, Bloomfield Hills, Livonia, Berkley, and Novi. Over the past decade he has hired and trained staff, negotiated commercial leases, built out new offices, navigated insurance contracts, filed LLCs, run payroll, marketed to local patients, and made nearly every mistake a small business owner can make — most of them twice. He writes the Kingdom Gate guides the same way he wishes someone had written them for him in 2014: short, specific, Michigan-flavored, and free. He is a graduate of the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Detroit Medical Center. He lives in Livingston County with his family and believes business should be built the same way you build anything else worth keeping — slowly, honestly, and in community with people who share your faith and your zip code.
